What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect your name and email address when you create an account to schedule sessions or use the form on our Contact page. We also collect your phone number if you elect to provide it. We use this data to respond to your communications, to enable session bookings to be confirmed and to keep you informed of any changes to session timings, pricing of sessions, special offers etc.
Before you undertake your first session with us, we ask you to complete a pre-session questionnaire covering an outline medical history, downloaded from this site and returned by email once completed. This allows sessions to be tailored to your capabilities and will be kept on file indefinitely unless you request us to delete it.

We do not allow comments on this site.
Media
We do not allow uploads on this site save for images shown on the site, which may have been sourced from stock image sites such as Shutterstock. We may link to relevant video content hosted on platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo. We may offer affiliate links to purchase equipment. If so we will notify you that, if you purchase a product via that link we will receive a small commission and that the cost to you is unchanged.
Contact forms
We use the data from the contact form to respond to your enquiry. We will retain your name and email address (and phone number if you provide it) both to respond to your communications and as part of the session scheduling process . We may from time to time contact you to notify you of changes to session schedules or to provide you with relevant information. You may unsubscribe fromm such communications at any time.
Cookies
We do not use cookies on this website, other than those required to enable the session booking and payment processes. These may be used by our third party suppliers such as PayPal and SuperSaaS (the providers of our scheduling software)

Other than your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and session schedule we do not retain data. Data that we do capture may be retained indefinitely unless we are requested to delete it.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

In the event of a data breach, we are obliged to notify the Information Commissioner’s Office under GDPR rules. We will also notify affected clients and take steps to rectify any breach as swiftly as practicable.

We receive emails and phone calls from clients in the course of session scheduling and retain the relevant contact details. We use a third party provider (PayPal) to process payments. We use SuperSaaS, another third party supplier to provide session scheduling capability.
