To book a session, click the Book a Session link below. This will take you to the Schedule of available sessions, held on the SuperSaaS website; our third party supplier.
Click on the session you wish to book. You will need to create an account the first time you use the scheduler. Among other things, this will allow you to view your booking history, change bookings more easily and create additional bookings without retyping information.
You will also be asked for payment before the session is confirmed. Payment may be made make the necessary payment using PayPal or a credit / debit card. We use PayPal to process card payments securely.
NOTE: In-person sessions are not currently available in light of ongoing UK Government advice regarding social distancing due to the Covid 19 outbreak.
If you are an NHS employee, particularly front line medical staff, or have been made temporarily unemployed as a result of Covid-19, please contact Ronel if you would like Pilates classes free of charge during the current emergency situation. This offer is at Ronel’s sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

Monday: 10:00 Mixed ability Pilates
Tuesday: 09:00 Mixed ability Pilates
10:30 Beginners Pilates class
19:00 Intermediate/Advanced Pilates
Wednesday: 09:30 Mixed ability Pilates
Thursday: 18:00 Mixed ability Pilates
Friday: 09:00 Intermediate Pilates
Free: Meditation class Tuesday 12:00 – take just a few minutes out of your day to centre and ground yourself.
